Notes: With any of the pain relief blends, keep the following things in mind:
(1) use the blend often (6-8 times daily) for the first 4 – 6 days to build the therapeutic chemical levels in your body to the level that reduces pain.
(2) As soon as pain is reduced, you can reduce the number of times you apply the blend on a daily basis, but be sure to use the blend until completely pain free.
(3) You only need to use a tiny amount of the blend; using more is just wasting money.
(4) Apply the blend in the direction of the muscle/structural area. Do not apply in a circular pattern as that will constrict your muscles.
